Powdered Snowmen

A new breed of snowman that spawns naturally on snowy mountains they can drop/throw powered snowballs that freeze mobs on impact, and are stackable when crouching. The powdered snowman could be buildable like the snowmen but with powered snow & a carved pumpkin.
