Soundproofing blocks

As the new Caves and Cliff update coming, i think it would still be consistent with the game mechanics and theme. Why would this be a good addition to the game is because it would be helpful for players that has loads of farms or contraptions that are too loud and noisy. How i think it should work, is pretty much like how the new wireless redstone work, just build a sound proof wall/room and no outside sound can be heard in that room. I think wool would be just fine, very much like the new sensor block, but i figured this might create a proble if a player wants to sound proof but also send a signal into that room, so maybe a new block could be intoduced. Sound is basically a very fast vibration (correct me if im wrong), so i think this fits with how the new game mechanic work. Thank you for reading

  For anyone with a base in a village, this would be a godsend!
