Make teleport command a non-cheat command

I run a realm and I get annoyed when people grief then run super far away to avoid the law. I was hoping that the tp command would become a non-cheat command. Because then my admins can actually do something, and I don’t see it as over powered or game breaking.

    This would be overpowered a LOT. players could use alts in super-far location and then teleport them when they need to go there. Just tell your admins to ban the griefers or put them on visitor.

    Teleporting is very overpowered, as you can literally bypass any restrictions when it comes to movement. If people are griefing on your realm, then just kick them from it.

    Teleporting very far distances is extremely overpowered.
