Spore clumps and spore arrows

Spores would be a block hanging from a bottom of the giant mushroom the would admit a small bit of light to make biomes with mushrooms a little less bland. Spores would also have little white Spores that would come of of these blocks if you stand underneath this block for to long you will get a short blindness effect but instead of a darker musk around you screen you will have a white musk. Just like getting dragons fire in a bottle you could do the same with this, you could get a arrow and this bottle of Spores and get a Spore arrow with would have the same affect of standing under the spore block but the effect would last longer ,since we don't have a blindness potion at this time I thought this would be a substitute and a nice addition to minecraft.
