Cave update: Black ligth

With the addition of the tinted glass a ligth source that doesn't block mob spawn would be really helpful and fitting, you would be able to ligth the inside of a place made out of tinted glass (mostly mob farms) and still have mobs spawning to make this custom ligth we could use specific material like soulsand that produces blue fire but with another material like the glow squid ink to make a black ligth it would be really nice and also a different type of ligth collor for builders.
