Riquoche

Riquoche would be a new enchantment when added to an item, specifically a projectile or projectile launcher, gives the projectile the ability to deflect off solid objects. It only allows the object to riquoche once, and the projectile is slowed down significantly on impact. Adding more levels of riquoche will help with that, riquoche one will allow it to riquoche and slow down by 66% on impact, riquoche two slows it down by 33%, and riquoche 3 maintains the objects speed. When 2 entities are standing within 3 blocks of each other, riquoche will bounce the object off one on to the other, if you hit one of them of course.
