Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Shift clicking on a note block should lower the pitch

If you've ever worked with note blocks, I'm sure you've had to deal with the pain of messing up a note and having to break and replace the block. So I'm suggesting that when shift right-clicking on a note block with an empty hand, you can lower the pitch of the note instead of breaking the block or cycling through the notes again.
