From what we saw In the deep dark, I have taken notice that the warden seems to be the only mob that spawns In It, making it very devoid of life, and that players really can roam care free as long as they are mindful of the warden Itself. Another problem I want to address is the Warden Itself Is supposed to be a terror that you run from, but Simply using blocks to pillar upward and digging deep down would indeed neutralize the threat. To kill two birds in one stone, when the warden is introduced, two other mobs should be featured: The watcher and the scourge
The watcher would live on the ceilings and Sometimes in chests in the deep dark. They would have 8 HP and would fire a similar beam to the guardian, while only being able to draw around walls and ceilings with small tendrils. They would immediately pop out the moment the player is 6 blocks above the warden, and would begin to charge their gaze to hit the player, Inflicting blindness for 7 seconds Meanwhile, the scourge would be a mob that resides outside the sculk clusters and sometimes below the cluster, although being made of the same material. These sculk worms would have 15 HP and would essentially be the mobs to forbid going downward. They would pop out the moment a player is two blocks below the warden or when close enough, If below a warden, the scourge will throw the player upward, but will instead choke the player with it’s mandibles and warble to alarm the closest warden if your outside a sculk cluster.
