Echo in caves

I think the 1.17 update is the perfect opportunity to add sound echo in caves.

  A simple sound filter applied beneath a certain Y coordinate would do the trick! Giving everything a faint echo would seriously spruce up the caving experience. Little things like that go a long way!

  And the echo could be slower to bounce off the walls in a big cave and in smaller caves it would bounce off the walls really fast.
