Java Version: Increase Probability of Drown Dropping Tridents

There is only a 6.25% chance of a drowned holding a trident to drop it, and I think this is too low, especially compared to Bedrock. I propose increasing this to 15% as tridents in java are extremely rare and cannot be obtained in any other way.

    I might be misremembering but I'm psure tridents do more damage than diamond swords. plus enchantments for the trident would heavily overpower the character in early game. Tbh they should be nerfed or rare imo
