Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Flint and skulk

A new variant of flint and steel that when used makes a skulk flame, a flame that will deal twice as much damage as normal fire. It would have the midnight blue color of skulk. If used on sand it would smelt the sand, or on something that can smelt it would smelt.

    soul fire already deals twice as much damage as normal fire

    but I like the idea of having a way of making it without using soul sand/soil
