Moss carpet should generate in spruce forest/taiga biomes

I love the new moss block and carpet, it looks amazing with grass. I think it should generate in cold foresty biomes. In real life, coniferous forests usually have moss on the forest floor, so not only would it add a bit of life to the place, it would also be more realistic.
