Enchantment: Block Walker

The Blck walker enchantment would make a block under where you go, for example, you can walk over the void in the end without having to place blocks done yourself...this also works when you jump, if players aren't on a block then a random block comes under you...think of it as the 'Frost walker' but it spawns a random block instead...
