Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Curse of Vanishing on Anything and Everything

I was just browsing the Minecraft Wiki when I discovered that Curse of Vanishing can only be applied to a select set of items.  To me, this doesn't make sense.  It makes sense for Protection to only go on armour, and for Infinity to only go on bows, but I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to enchant your friend's lucky stack of andesite with CoV if they really care about it.
