undercover pillagers in villages

I think there should be some undercover pillagers that decided to wear villager outfit, color their face with pink dye and enter villages to study the defenses and call other pillagers to raid at the perfect moment. They have a work, trade and do all the normal villager things, but if you splash them with a throwable water potion the dye washes away and they call other pillagers, that will raid the village. You can also discover them because they won't sleep at night and will sometimes take out a crossbow or an axe if no one is around. Killing one enhances your reputation in that village, making you obtain better trades.

  This should totally be a thing. If you discover a pillager about to kill someone and then kill the pillager you should get especially good trades from that villager.
