Hardcore mode for bedrock edition

Add "Hardcore" difficulty into bedrock edition, just as it is in java edition.

    I agree with this, I love Hardcore on Java edition and I'd love to play Hardcore on Bedrock edition!

    Bro I agree I have had bedrock for 6 years and I realy realy want to do hardcore
