Gamemode Architect

Similar to Creative Mode (player can fly around, access the creative menus, place/destroy blocks instantly), but cannot access commands or command blocks.

This would allow players creative freedom without granting them admin/moderator abilities. Players could build whatever they want without changing gamerules or using other cheats.

Perhaps the creative menu could also be a little limited in this gamemode too, only allowed players to access items that they could access in survival mode (so no bedrock blocks, etc.).
