Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

carpet on wall

carpets on the wall could be a great substitute for side ways slabs as it lets you have two wall designs on one block carpet should also work like the glow lichen and vines where multiple can be in the same block.

    I see no problem with this, but it seems like it could take a lot of time to implement, for not much community excitement. Would be useful for staircases though.
