Ender Javelin (New trident type weapon)

A lot of players want a new weapon in the same style as the trident but a lot of the ideas just seem like a reskinned version of the original with slightly different stats.

The Ender Javelin is a weapon crafted with a set of new items (either a drop from a new mob or end city loot). The javelin behaves mostly as a trident with a higher attack speed but it has a unique ability when thrown: The thrower is teleported to the location of the javelin unless it hits a mob.
