Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Alchemist's Pocketwatch

The alchemist's pocketwatch would be an item used in potion brewing to make instant potions into timed potions and vice versa
Instant health <> Regeneration | Instant Damage <> Decay (Wither)

This would make brewing easier and also add a way to get potions of decay

The recipe is a clock surrounded in four nether wart
