Use a glow ink sac on a ceramic shard pattern to make it glow

When you make ceramic pots, you can use ceramic shards obtained from archaeology to put patterns on them. You should also be able to use a glow ink sac on a specific pattern to make it glow. If ceramic pots spawn naturally with patterns, there's a chance for each pattern to glow.

  Wait so the ceramic arheolgy is going to be in the actual game, thought its gonna be one of these custom mods from be's market place or smth

  I would like to add to that. Having glowing patterns should make the finished pot a light source, the more glow fragments, the brighter the glow. Having pots of different light levels would make tombs and ruins in creative and adventure maps look really good.
