Crafting Glow Lichen

While it's nice that you can find glow lichen in caves (though rarely) and bone meal it to basically get renewable glow lichen, it would be even nicer if you could craft it. It could simply be crafted from 8 vines and 1 glow ink sac, and will give you 8 glow lichen as the result. Vines are pretty easy to get and since you only need one glow ink sac for every 8 glow lichen, you don't need to spend too long getting glow ink sacs from glow squids.
