New enchantment: syphoning

There should be a new enchantment in the game called syphoning. Since looting and fortune don’t give more xp, I think that syphoning should give more xp per kill. There should be three levels, I= gives 5 percent more xp, II= gives 8 percent more, and III= gives 12 percent more Thanks!
