Free mods similar to Java

I've been playing Stoneblock 2 on my pc lately, and think that there needs to be a way to compile mods like this gamemode has. All the packs in the marketplace for bedrock are so dumbed down and overpriced, we need free mods, or somehow incorporate java so that you can play with friends easier at least.
