bio-luminescent armor/shields/banners

The glowing ink sacs should be used in crafting recipes to create glowing dye. The items you dye would turn out in a brighter version of the color becoming like the item frames and signs from the current snapshot. For the recipes you would combine the glowing ink sacs with the color you want and then use like normal dye to create bio-luminescent patterns and colors on the thing you are dyeing. On shield/banner patterns it would only affect the layer that the dye is used on.
