Tunneling, New Enchantment

The tunneling enchantment would be perfect for 1.17, there would be 2 levels, Tunneling I and II. Tunneling I would dig out a narrow tunnel out 3 blocks, Tunneling II would bring that up to 5 blocks out. It would be a new enchantment found in dungeons.

  Is it 2 Block vertical and 1 block horizontal?

  3x3x1 would be more balanced with no levels and make it a treasure enchant that is compatible with silk touch and fortune.
