Adding Dynamic lights for minecraft mobile

I have seen people in Java edition using this feature that if you hold a torch it gives you light without placing it is there a way that you can please add this for minecraft mobile

    We should have dynamic lighting because us not having it is not fair it should be equal and be able to put in off hand
