Floating Pixie Island "A hint of magic"

Basically a rare biome that would involve a floating island, one that would only form at minimum above the level of the clouds, and would have various elements of a somewhat magical nature to them, some of which likewise, could not go below the level of the clouds, perhaps with some aspects that would make approaching it difficult.

To go above the clouds to reach a floating isle, with magic on it one cannot see at ground level, things that glimmer and sparkle, a place to find a hint of magic in the world of Minecraft up in the sky.
