Let us regenerate chunks once after each update

Let us regenerate chunks after each update so that we can get the new features of said update. Maybe, if it's possible even let us just regenerate structures that are the main focus of the update eg. Cave and mountains with 1.17. This should also be a survival command only operators can use and only once per world after an update. Typing the command will open a UI which will let you choose which chunks to regenerate.

I know third party tools let you do this already but there is no way for console players to do it and it is already especially hard on bedrock edition.

This would really be helpful for players who like to play in the same world for a long time. This has stopped me from making a long-time survival world many times because I would have to travel very far to get the features of the next update.

    cheats should need to be enabled because its still cheating
