New Block: Gum

This idea is to add a new block called Gum into the game. Gum would be a Pink Block that would look like a Snow Layer. It would be made with 3 Honey Bottles + 3 Sugar + 3 Honeycombs. That would make a Wad of Gum. If you throw the Wad of Gum on the ground it will create Gum. When walking through Gum it would slow you down like a Honey Block.
