Hello! I had an idea that I think would work well with the new 1.17 Caves and Cliffs update. We've all had that moment where you were exploring a cave, not paying attention, and... uh-oh! Your pick broke and you don't have any wood to craft a new one! What's worse, you're lost and don't remember where started mining! That's why I think there should be an "Emergency Exit" cave. It would be a dome-like cave with a large opening in the ceiling that you (hopefully) can see sunlight coming through. Just below the skylight would be a large pile of gravel, dirt, and/or other materials leading to the top that the player can easily climb up! Even if you did have a surplus of pickaxes with you, it would be a very fun ending to a mining expedition to find one of these emergency exits and climb back up to the surface.
