Playing videogames on mobile devices has had limitations that keep the medium from being on the same level as other gaming platforms. One of the biggest problems I've found that get in between me and being able to enjoy the videogames I already love is the issue with the lack of fiscal buttons on a mobile device, because from that comes many other problems that discourage you from spending as much time as one would like in-game. The need to constantly have your fingers in the middle of the screen to interact with the world has its pros and cons, and unfortunately the cons are very big.
It is uncomfortable, having to constantly move your vision around to do anything is often disorienting and even more for people that struggle or have not much experience with first person games.
Having the option to toggle or place a button specifically for interaction and breaking of blocks on screen and combine it with the implementation of the already built in gyroscope of the devices would make long play sessions much more enjoyable, giving one a much more precise control over ones actions and improving visual awareness overall, it would also open a new degree of accessibility.
One of the best examples I can find of perfect implementation of this is in CoD Mobile, the amount of customization and placement over the information on screen combined with the motion of the Gyroscope made it simple and intuitive to master the controls and help better enjoy the game.
