Blazes should take damage from powder snow

Blazes should take immediate damage from powder snow instead of freezing in it. This does not make logical sense that they do not despite dying in snow.

  True, It would make sense that a creature of fire would take damage by a passable cold block. I wonder if the opposite should be true, like blazes can destroy powdered snow as they die.
