Glowing dyeable blocks can be crafted using glowing ink sacs

Crafting a dyeable block (terracotta, concrete, wool, stained glass, etc.) with a glow ink sac in place of a dye should give a glowing version of that block. These would produce a small amount of light (around 7) and could be used to give a subtle glow to some builds without having any noticable light sources, which I believe could be used in many different ways.

  Anything that can be dyed should also be able to have glow ink added to it.

  For banners it should be adding glow ink to the individual pattern so just that pattern glow on the banner.
