Glowing Blocks Using Glow Ink

I think it would be cool if you could right click any block (or maybe a limited set of blocks) with the new glowing dye introduces in the snapshots to turn the block into a light source. I know this might be difficult to implement but if anyone can do it, the Minecraft devs can.

  I was thinking concrete blocks could be dyed using glow ink so we could have different colored glowing light blocks.
