new weather system

so you know how Minecraft has a "global weather" right now. well I think it should  not be that way. I think that for a example: there's rain in one area, and thunder in another, and clear in another . 

so that not everyone has rain, or thunder, or clear, all at once.

    I think that it would be a good idea!

    It would be even better to have wind in the game, which would come with windmills, etc...

    Shaders would be also better with the wind.
