Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

New tool: Rope!

Rope would be crafted with three string diagonally across the crafting grid. It would work similarly to a fishing rod, being cast in any direction, but players would be able to walk and climb on it. If casted to a tripwire hook, it would attach and be like a ladder. The default length of rope would be 5 blocks, but can be made longer by crafting it with string, adding 1 block to its max length per extra string.

    Maybe 1 block per 2 string, so it is less OP, also, it should only attach to specific blocks.

    nah maybe more of a lead arrow like a grabling hook but you shoot using a crossbow or a bow
