Quartz wall

Quartz wall. In minecraft can be found many wall choices. However, there are only two light-colored walls - a sandstone and an endstone. Therefore, my proposal to add a quartz wall. I think that would be right because quartz has been in the game for a while but you can't make a wall out of it. Meanwhile, recently added blocks such as blackstone have walls.
