Easier Player Head Customization

Player heads are the only heads that are impossible to get in survival and customizing them can be difficult to new players or even impossible if you use bedrock edition.

I suggest that the player head should be made of soul sand surrounded with 8 honey combs. It will be like a wax figure but have soul sand to account for the particles that apear when it is broken (which is intended by the way).

With this head you should be able to customize it by going into the anvil and a drop down could pop up to show players in the world along with preset head types like steve and alex. Heads will keep their appearance even if the player it is based on leaves the world or changes their skin.

This will allow players to easily create detailed decorations and furniture in survival which would be awesome
