Carpet on ceiling

Allow players to place carpets upside down or on ceilings

    I think also, with the same mechanics as block rotation,, the carpet could cover up to three sides of the block it inhabits. (so it can make the walls and ceiling all covered into the corner, by ensuring you place from the right angle.  ,,, it would not cover voids, but as long as there is a full block surface, then using placement angle it could cover one, two, or three sides all simultaneously)
