A way to import Addons to other worlds

I’m trying to creat a world for me and my friends to all ply together, and I want to use an add on for it without using the add on world. I think there should be a way to use the behavior packs and textures from the add on worlds and put them into your other worlds. This would make it a lot easier for people to have fun making custom worlds without having to look online for unsafe downloadable mods. Maybe when you get the add on from the marketplace and download it, it also gives you the texture pack and behavior pack separately.
