an official add-on, resource pack or mod for making custom content

so the topic is its hard to make or download an add-on until I found an mobile app called crafty-craft it was an legit add-on making  making app it allowed me and others to make skins mods and etc. but not only that you can download them so I was thinking if you make an official one for free for players on pc and other platforms that aren't mobile or tablet. and best of all mod making will be more  efficient and downloading them for example to begin it would be an app both for pc and laptop for now, and the official mod making app  can help modders moding Minecraft or people make texture packs for free and save them on the app to then if the player wants to download it to Minecraft they can press a download button on the app and download on Minecraft without destroying their computer trying to download  a mod
