Faster time in other dimensions

Time in the overworld should go faster if in the nether/the end, example;

Time in the overworld would be the same the closer you are to The End exit portal, but the farther away you go from the exit portal, the faster time would go in the overworld, so things like copper, crops, and animal growth would speed up the deeper you go into The End, so days in the overworld would be like a few minutes in The End 1,000 - 10,000 blocks in, this would add a new command called /timescale, in which you could change the speed of days passing, similar to /gamerule randomTickSpeed, but the moon and sun would also go faster. This is based on Einstein's theory of general relativity :)
