Deactivate End Portals

I think End Portals should be able to be deactivated by explosions, similar to Nether Portals. Instead of the portal blocks being destroyed, I think the Eyes of Ender should be destroyed. They may pop out as items

    if this change is implemented it could stop players from closing the end portal permanently and it just makes sense that explosions ruin the end portals

    Because it would provide more options. Why have a Nether Portal be destroyed by explosions?

    Dispensers/Droppers should be able to reinstert Eyes of Ender as well

    Eyes of Ender could start to close over time, rendering the portal inactive. They could be woken up again
