  Only thing is, if a different, new block is added with a longer name than Waxed Lightly Weathered Cut Copper Stairs, then the achievement would have to be shifted to that new block.

  maybe instead of getting a block with a long name it should be for renaming an item to fit the max count that the game would let you.
