Grimoire Book

This book will be just as rare as the enchanted golden apple with some unique and useful usage. The book has the feature of having the player select any enchanted book for a single use.

The experience levels also depend on the cost for the book you would select and it would be way more expensive than an enchantment table.

The item would allow more variety for players who need specific enchantment books but with a very expensive cost, and each category of enchantments will have their own page from weapons to armor.
