This suggestion includes:
- New Biome
- Nostalgic Textures
- New Dungeon
- Implementation of the Nearly Forgotten "Giant" Mob
I would love something to be done with the Giants within the backdoors of Minecraft, which was an is an oddity within the game. Changes have been attempted to use the old mob, specifically in 2018 with the addition of raids, but the Giants are simply too large for the intricate and delicate architecture of Villages. Therefore, I suggest combining the old Minecraft feeling with a legendary glitch with world generation that was patched early in the game's development; the Farlands. I suggest taking floating islands, having them intersect with bridges and ladders, and having an upwards climb with mobs being covered with the Tinted Glass added within the early snapshots of 1.17, making them dangerous and giving them an open space to work with. This would give an opportunity for the Giant to be a mini-boss at the top, guarding loot similar to End City chests. There would also be water surrounding the base of these towers, and there would be a limit of 2 of these towers per biome, sometimes 1 or even 0 generating. The thing that would separate this surrounding area would be that it it utilizes the Alpha Grass and Leaves coloration, naming them the "Alpha Leaves" and "Alpha Grass," the Leaves dropping without shears or silk touch. Also, caves would be the old style above Y Level 40, and easing into the new Cave Generation being implemented within 1.17.
