High quality leather

Maybe you guys could add a high quality leather item that you can make armor out of with greater durability than regular leather. Also, if you wear regular leather in the rain, you are affected negatively in some way. Additionally, maybe the fine leather could be used to upgrade saddles? Maybe the saddle could also wear down by a metric, and you could repair it with either regular or high quality leather? Just a suggestion!
