glow block

since there is now the glow-squid in minecraft 1.17, im suggesting a new item dropped by them called the glow_sack witch we can use to create glow in the dark: concrete, wool, ect. all those glowing block would only glow if there is no other light sorce, so if its day time and you are outside the glowing blocks would turn into a dark-gray block but if its night it would turn green and give off a faint glow
