Dying snow blocks and top snow

I want to be able to dye snow different colours. I think just white is boring and I use top snow to build staircases so I would like to be able to dye it different colours.

    And dye Snow Golems, possibly each section. Their colors may be determined by the color of the snow blocks they are built with. The head could be the combined colors of the two body segments

    They should leave a snow trail the same color as their lowest section.
